Fly back to the 1970s with Pan Am pop up restaurant

We’re loving the latest pop up restaurant in La La Land. A studio mock up of a 1970s Pan Am 747, first class of course baby, complete with upper and lower deck at the pointy end of the plane.

If you’re in Los Angeles in January, February or March in 2015 then get your flared pants butt down to Air Hollywood for some time travelling. Be greeted by your Stewardess in original Pan Am uniform with the dulcet tones of Frank Sinatra on the aircraft stereo.

You’ll dine on four courses with shrimp cocktail, chateaubriand and a desert cart with all the trimmings and served up on authentic Pan Am china. Choose between the social atmosphere of the Upper Deck or more romantic dining of the lower deck.

After dinner sit back, relax, enjoy a cocktail and settle in for a mid flight video of the latest 1970s block busters.

Groovemeisters looking to book their seat need to check out Air Hollywood and get in early.

Not a bad stopover for on your way to or from the ski resorts of USA this northern season.
