In May this year, we introduced you to George from Vanilla Ices and his plan to serve ice cream on Mt Hutt.
On Saturday, the Vanilla Ices snow cat drove up to the slopes of Mt Hutt, and together with Air New Zealand cabin crew Kate Dunbar and Mitchell Harvey we gave away over 1000 ice creams.
A bluebird day with a layer of fresh snow ensured a constant demand for a refreshing treat topped with brownie chunks and hot fudge sauce.
