What a competition season it’s been for Australian Jakara Anthony on the FIS World Cup moguls circuit. First she won her first ever FIS World Cup, scoring silver in China. Then she won her first FIS World Cup gold in Lake Placid.

Now she’s added another silver to her swag at the FIS World Cup on Australia Day at Mt Treblant in Canada. French skier Perrine Lafont won the gold (75.51) at Mt Tremblant, Anthony took silver (75.08) and Canadian Justine Dufour-Lapointe won bronze (73.67).

Anthony is on fire and heading into the FIS World Championships in Utah next week as a clear favourite for Australia. She currently sits at third in the World Cup standings behind Perrine Lafont and Fanny Smith (Swiss).

Not bad for Anthony who revealed her rising star status at the PyeongChang Olympics with fourth place.
