Grab a few ski and snowboard mates, throw some money in the pot and this British Columbia ski resort could be yours. Purden Ski Village in Prince George is up for grabs for CAD$2.75 million including fixtures and inventory.
The resort has been around since 1968 and boasts two double chairlifts and a t-bar, a full service day lodge with seating, a fireplace, a full-service cafeteria, and a rental shop. The Ski Area has 26 named runs and 1100′ (385 meters) of vertical.
Purden was home to three alpine events during the Canada 2015 Winter Games and there is even an active Nancy Greene Skier Development Program and Alpine Racer Development Program at the Resort.
But wait, there’s more.
The Resort also actively accommodates school groups and corporate groups and is home to 50 privately-owned ski cabins. The nearest city is Prince George, B.C. (population approx. 75,000) and is serviced by an international airport, with local flights supplied by Air Canada, WestJet, Central Mountain Air and Pacific Coastal Airlines.
Did we mention lake views and the McGregor Mountains between the Northern Rocky Mountains and the Fraser River?
