Ski area for sale on Craigslist for $475k

We’re just going to put this right here.

This ‘former’ ski resort once known as “Ski Valley” in New York State is officially on the market. The Craigslist ad lists 200 acres, lodge, ski lifts, groomers, pond and more but then it says “doesn’t include equipment”. Right then.

This is the ad as it reads.

“Former Ski Valley now available. 200 acres, lodge, 2 ski lifts, 3 groomers, maintenance facility, large pond. WOW what a great opportunity right next to Bristol Mountain to build your own resort or private paradise. Was Ski Valley with 12 runs. Great for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing park, etc. Many improvements and needs TLC. Price doesn’t include equipment, but equipment can be purchased”

From the look of these pics the equipment could do with, well, some new equipment.
