Australian snowboarder and current world champion, Scotty James, lays down the law in Breckenridge Colorado and comes home with silver in the halfpipe on The Dew Tour.

The Crystal Globe holder from 2016/2017 brought his best game and was leading in the first run (96.0) and led again after the second run with a 95.0 before being beaten out by Jake Pates in the third run with Pates scoring 97.33. Ben Ferguson (USA) came third.

James failed to make a podium despite qualifying first at the Copper Mountain FIS World Cup last week so The Dew Tour result puts him back where he belongs on his quest to PyeongChang.
