It’s been a long and winding road for Australian skiers and snowboarders to return to New Zealand with quarantine free travel.
The New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has today announced that vaccinated Australians will be allowed back into the country from 11.59pm on April 12 with no isolation required.
This is welcomed news for the ski industry in New Zealand after effectively having been cut off from their number one international market for the last two seasons.
The Prime Minister also announced that fully vaccinated travellers from visa-waiver countries will be able to enter the country from 11.59pm on May 1. This includes Canada and the United States.
