If you love snow and you love film then here’s a kickstarter campaign you will want to be involved with.
You know Mike Douglas as the man behind the successful Salomon Freeski Web Series, the creator of the world’s first twin tips and the original ‘godfather’ of free skiing.
What you may not know is that he’s also a top guy and he’s making a feature length documentary film with a sensational story line. That film is Snowman.
But he needs some money. Film making is expensive. Hence the most exciting Kickstarter campaign around for snow lovers and adrenalin junkies.
Fancy being an Associate Producer? Want to ski with Mike himself at Whistler? Fancy seeing your name in the closing credits? Want a Snowman t-shirt or a signed pair of Salomon skis?
Now you can by being an official Snowman backer. The Kickstarter campaign aims to raise $50 000 towards production of Snowman with a range of exciting rewards for donations of $5 to $8000.
Mike has filmed a teaser video outlining the project premise, the story line and everything the film will feature from explosives to avalanches, retro footage and even dancing. You can view it here.
There’s only twenty four days left to raise the full $50k and they are already at the $18k mark so get involved before those final credits are sold.
