If you didn’t think Deer Valley was swanky enough already then hold onto your Dior as it’s about to get a whole lot more luxe.

The Four Seasons hotel group has announced a new Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences to be developed in the new East Village as part of Deer Valley’s mega terrain expansion.

Joining the likes of the Grand Hyatt that opened in November this year in the developing village, the four Seasons will offer 134 guest rooms and suites, and 123 one to six bedroom private residences with fully-serviced homes ranging from 1,200 to 7,000 square feet (110-650 square metres).

The 55 residences situated above the resort will all have  ski-in/ski-out mountain access.  An adjacent building will contain 68 owner-exclusive units ranging from one to five bedrooms, with additional resident-exclusive amenities.

Designed to reflect the very best of alpine luxury hospitality, the development will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies coupled with the destination’s breathtaking topography. Additional features such as in-room fireplaces will deliver the quintessential ambiance of a mountain retreat.

Four Seasons homeowners will enjoy a “service-rich lifestyle” supported by a Director of Residences to ensure that the same attention to detail and level of service delivered at the brand’s hotels and resorts extends into the homes of discerning residents at Deer Valley.

Both guests and residents can recharge after a day on the slopes within the extensive wellness and fitness facilities comprised of saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and spa services. The resort will also offer four dining options including a ski-in/ski-out lounge that’s complete with an outdoor terrace and fireplace.

Come summer, guests and residents will enjoy proximity to over 50 miles (80 kilometres) of hiking and biking trails, an ice rink, an indoor sports court, and indoor and outdoor pools with expansive views and flexible cabanas.

The Four Seasons will join fellow hotel brands the Montage and St Regis that already have properties at Deer Valley.
