Hands up who’s in need of some mental recharge? That’s all of us in 2020, right?

To celebrate its reopening, the good folk at the lush Eden Health Retreat in Queensland are giving away $500,000 worth of five star pampering holidays. That’s 100 holidays to 100 lucky Australians in need of a lift.

Eden Health Retreat has currently undergone a multi-million dollar refurbishment, adding 12 new luxurious cabins, as well as a purpose-built kitchen and dining facility and a multi-purpose pavilion.

Nestled in the breathtaking surrounds of Currumbin Valley, Qld, the five-star resort is just 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast, and a world away from the demands of busy, modern life in terms of rest, relaxation and restoration.

Each day guests dine on organic, locally sourced meals, designed to help support their spa treatments, fitness workouts, and personal dietary goals.

Guests can work as hard as they like or as gentle as they desire. In the recently refurbished gymnasium, there is something to suit all abilities and preferences. The fitness program includes boxing, yoga, Pilates, class workouts and more, plus there’s hundreds of acres of rainforest to discover.

Spa staff are available to fulfil all relaxation and treatment needs – guests can choose from the blissful Hawaiian style massage, hot stone therapy, or simply work their way through the extensive spa menu, including bespoke beauty treatments.

As the sun sets over the valley, guests can wind down in the luxurious mineral pool and hot tub, or simply lie back and drift away in the healing environs of the steam room and sauna.

Sounds amazing, right? Could be you.
