Qantas launches A380 to Dallas, the first time First Class has been offered on the route.
Come Monday September 29, Qantas customers travelling on the popular Sydney-Dallas/Fort Worth route will be able to enjoy the world’s largest passenger aircraft on the world’s longest route, with an A380 replacing a B747.
The A380 will fly six return services per week with a ten percent increase in available seats on the route throughout the week.
Skiers and boarders heading to Utah and Colorado resorts can fly on Qantas code share partner American Airlines direct from their hub of Dallas to Denver and Salt Lake City and avoid both customs and transit at Los Angeles airport. Those wanting to visit Canada’s ski fields can fly direct from Dallas to Calgary or Vancouver.
If you book the Sydney to Dallas route on flights QF7 and QF8 before October 13 you will earn double Qantas frequent flyer points for travel between February 1 and October 31 in 2015.
It is also the first time that First Class has been offered on this route which offers Economy, Premium Economy, Business and First class with Kate and Jack Spade amenity kits, Malin+Goetz skincare, Rockpool designed menus and Marc Newson designed seats.
