It’s getting close, people, with 15 days until the Beijing Winter Olympics opening ceremony, the Australian Olympic Committee and Karbon have revealed the ceremony uniform for the Aussie Olympians as they enter the stadium in 2022.

Karbon have supported Australian winter athletes for 20 years, partnering with the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia since 2002 as well as supplying the Winter Olympic Team since Torino 2006.

The Karbon Opening Ceremony jacket features Hydrostretch PRO 2 fabric with Karbonite 20,000 waterproofing, 80/20 Goose Down insulation and multizone insulation mapping. Karbon will also provide the Delegation and Competition uniforms, while XTM will supply gloves, boots and accessories.

Moguls, aerials and skate athletes including World Champion Laura Peel, multiple World Cup medallist Jakara Anthony, triple Olympian Britt Cox and the most recently selected athlete for the Australian team, skater Brendan Corey showed off the camo design in between competition and training in the United States this week.

Competition, Delegation wear and accessories will also be revealed closer to the Games.

In a first for the Australian Olympic Team Karbon will also be supplying USB powered heated vests in three different heat settings, to be worn under outwerwear.
