Whistler has one of the longest ski seasons in North America and spring time means longer sunny days of skiing on record breaking snow in 2016.

Here’s 8 reasons why you should make spring skiing at Whistler Blackcomb part of your agenda this year.

Snow, snow and more snow

Whistler Blackcomb traditionally gets over 11 metres of snow each season. The resort has already received over 6 metres and the season isn’t even half way over. The strong El Nino that has been pounding the Pacific North West is threatening to continue well into the first quarter of 2016. Did we mention that Whistler Blackcomb is the largest ski resort in North America with over 8000 acres of terrain?
